Your Partner in FND Support
FND North is a non-profit organization based in Lancashire, UK, dedicated to supporting individuals affected by Functional Neurological Disorders (FND). With an emphasis on community engagement and empowerment, FND North aims to enhance the quality of life for its clients through tailored support services, advocacy, and awareness raising initiatives. Acknowledging that the current National Health Service (NHS) offerings may not meet all the needs of those living with FND, our organisation fills critical gaps in support, ensuring that no individual feels isolated or unsupported.

We provide access to vital information and educational resources about FND, empowering individuals to navigate their journey.
We can also contact medical professionals on your behalf to discuss your diagnosis, we aim to attend most of GP practices within England, starting here in Lancashire.
